Hi, I am Snata Pattnaik — founder of “Bliss & Burn” and your dedicated
Pilates coach. Over the past 10 years, I have guided hundreds of women
across Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Kolkata to strengthen their core,
improve posture, and transform their bodies through expert-led Pilates.
